18th May 2011: last day for mail entries to arrive at Bondi SBLSC
20th May 2010: online entries close – check Oceanswim web site for precise time
On Race Day
8.00am: Late Entry Desk Opens (North side of Bondi Surf Club, at ‘A’)
8.30am: Issue of Caps and Timing Anklets to Pre-Race Entrants Begins (Tables on beach, at ‘B’ on map)
9.30am: Late Entries Close for 1km Swim
9.45am: Briefing to 1km Race Contestants (From promenade, at C, to marshalling area, at D)
10.00am: Start 1km swim
10.30am: Late Entries Close for 2.1 km Swim
10.45am: Briefing for 2.1 km Race Contestants (From promenade, at C, to marshaling area, at D)
11.00am: Start 2.1 km swim
1.00pm: Race Award Presentations (Location: in Bondi SBLSC Clubhouse)
